How do I connect with my partner? One of you creates the couple and gets a 6-character invite code. The other enters that code when they sign up. That's it — you're linked, and everything you add is shared between the two of you.
Can I use the app before my partner joins? Yes. The app works in solo mode until they join with your code. You can start adding trips, places, and plans right away.
I lost my invite code. Where do I find it? Open the "Us" tab. Your code is right there, and you can share it from the app.
Who can see my photos and messages? Only you and your partner. Your content is private to your couple and is never shared with anyone else. There are no feeds, no followers, no public profiles.
What happens to our content if we stop using the app? Your archive stays yours. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us.
How do I change my language or theme? Tap your avatar in the top right of the home screen to open your profile, then go to Preferences. Each person can set their own language and theme.
How do I turn notifications on or off? In your profile, under Notifications. You control which ones you receive.
How does Meanwhile work? Once a day, you both take a photo of wherever you are. You can only see your partner's photo after you've shared yours. It's a small daily window into each other's ordinary days.
How do I delete my account? Email us at [email protected] and we'll delete your account and all associated data.
